  1. can you please tell me the source of the information as sugar is very much of processed and that is why it damages the body as digesting simple cargs through processed sugar is difficult for body

  3. as a diabetic person is always advised to not substitute sugar with jaggery or honey , they are advised to absolutely cut out sugar

    But when we say sugar is chemically processed …. You are saying it's same as honey?! I don't think so

What is mostly said here is true , for a diabetic person all form of sugars should be avoided , however for a healthy person , a less refined substance will have more (micro) nutrients as compared to highly refined sugar which only has calories nothing else , so in longer run switching to jaggery or honey is a healthier choice !
