Cucumber juice

### Ingredients:
– 2 large cucumbers
– 1 lemon (optional, for added flavor)
– 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)
– A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
– 1 cup of water (adjust to desired consistency)
– Ice cubes (optional)
### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Cucumbers:**
– Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
– Peel the cucumbers if desired (leaving the peel on adds more nutrients and a slight bitterness).
– Cut the cucumbers into chunks.
2. **Blend:**
– Place the cucumber chunks into a blender.
– If using, add the juice of one lemon for a citrusy twist.
– Add honey or sugar if you prefer a sweeter juice.
– Add the mint leaves if desired.
– Pour in the cup of water.
3. **Blend Until Smooth:**
– Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more water to reach your desired consistency.
4. **Strain (Optional):**
– For a smoother juice, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a pitcher or glass, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible. This step is optional if you prefer a thicker juice with more fiber.
5. **Serve:**
– Pour the cucumber juice into glasses over ice cubes if you like it chilled.
