Is the payback originated from the manga?

The only bad thing about Japanese BL's is that 90% of them are not available to stream anywhere in the U.S. or any other country other than Japan. Sighs.
Link Click is originally a Chinese anime, and the donghua novelization was written afterward. Because of censorship, it isn’t an explicitly confirmed BL, but the relationship between Cheng Xiao Shi and Lu Guang clearly reflects that of many fictional Chinese gay couples who navigate around those restrictions. The anime is incredible—the bond between them is very strong. And if the series goes a bit further by showing what the anime couldn’t, it would be perfect. But beyond their relationship, the story, the time travel, the plot twists—everything is excellent. I also highly recommend watching the anime.
And I have a lot of expectations about the series 🙏🥰
